    We want to make you aware of a recent telephone scam where an automated and unidentified service calls members advising them that their debit card has been deactivated, blocked or cancelled. The fraudulent automated system asks recipients to enter their full card number followed by PIN. Use caution if you receive this type of call, and never give your card/account number or PIN over the telephone unless you initiate the call.
