Delta Community does not cash foreign checks. Foreign checks may be deposited in U.S. dollars (USD) or foreign funds which will be converted to USD, including checks for reimbursement for taxes paid on purchases in foreign countries. We only accept checks that are valued at $3,000.00 USD or less for deposit. Foreign check deposits will be converted to USD at a conversion rate set by the Federal Reserve Bank. Foreign checks take a minimum of four weeks to post to your account, with some checks taking 10 weeks or longer to post.
To deposit a foreign check, visit a Delta Community branch or click on Mailing Address for Deposits to send via mail. Please note that we do not accept foreign checks via Mobile Deposit.
