The title may be held for up to 10 days from the date that the loan was paid in full unless paid with guaranteed funds (i.e. cash, certified check, etc.). Allowing for 7-10 days for USPS mail service, you should receive the title within 17-20 days from payoff. If you have not received the title within this time frame, submit a message to the Title Department by logging into Online Banking and selecting Contact Us under Additional Services.
