It is highly unlikely and it would be very difficult for someone to intercept Mobile Banking transactions. To protect our members' accounts, the Credit Union restricts high risk transactions through Mobile Banking.

Will my account information reside on my phone?

No, the Mobile Banking service only allows you to access your account through a safe and secure wireless transmission; your credit union account information is not stored on your mobile phone.

What if my phone is lost or stolen?

If your mobile device has been lost or stolen; protect your account information by logging into Online Banking on a non-mobile computer and change your username.

Can I safely recycle or discard my phone if it has the Delta Community Mobile Banking application on it?

Yes, you can safely discard or recycle your phone at any time; even if the Credit Union's mobile application has been downloaded to the device. No personal banking information is stored on your device.
