How can I obtain a PIN for my new card?

Members can set their initial PIN at any Delta Community Branch location or by calling the Self-Service number toll free at (855-477-1144).

An alert message will be sent to members after they have set their PIN confirming the change.

I would like to select the PIN for my cards. How can I change the PIN on my Delta Community ATM/Visa Check Cards and Visa Credit Card?

Members can change their PIN in person at any Delta Community branch location. Members can also change their PIN at a Delta Community Credit Union ATM or over the phone by calling toll free 855-477-1144.  You do not need to know your PIN to change your PIN.

I do not remember my card's PIN. Is there a way to verify the PIN?

Delta Community cannot provide a card PIN.  Members who have access to a Delta Community branch can go into the branch and set their PIN with a Delta Community representative.  Those that do not live within driving distance of a branch can utilize the self-service IVR by calling toll free 1-855-477-1144 to reset their card PIN.

I am traveling internationally and cannot withdraw money from an ATM due to a 6 digit PIN requirement. How can I withdraw my funds?

Because our system does not allow a 6-digit PIN you will need to locate another financial institution, ATM or complete a cash advance.
