Payoff statements may be expected within two (2) business days after receipt.
It is preferred that funds for final payoff are sent by wire transfer using the wiring instructions below. Payoffs will be credited as of the date of receipt; however, wires will not be accepted after 2:00 pm EST. or weekends and holidays. Accrued interest will be added to the payoff amount for those days. Any incorrect or missing information in the wire could result in delayed processing and additional accrued interest.
