How to activate your new card

How do I activate my new card?

You may activate your card through the IVR or Online Banking.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Line - Call 855-477-1144

Member Care Center - Call 800-544-3328 or 404-715-4725

Online Banking - Log into your Online Banking and select Card Management from the Additional Services tab. Select the appropriate card and activate:

  1. Click the radio button next to the card
  2. Click Activate New Card button
  3. When the pop-up confirmation screen appears click Close to complete the activation.

*Debit and credit cards may be blocked if not activated within 60 days after issuance. If you are unable to activate your card contact us from within Online Banking from Contact Us under Additional Services. ATM cards do not require activation so they are exempt from this process.
