You can send a written authorization to close your account via US Mail or fax (470-351-6628), you can turn the authorization in at any Delta Community branch, or log in to your online banking to send an authorization through Contact Us under Additional Services.
If you have a balance on the Visa card, we will block the line of credit, but cannot close the Visa loan completely until it is paid in full. You will continue to receive a billing statement until the account has a $0.00 balance.
