Transfers to or from another financial institution

Can I have money withdrawn or debited from my account at another institution and credited to Delta Community on a scheduled basis?

Yes, there are two ways to schedule a transfer of funds from and to another financial institution:

  • ACH: To set up an ACH to send funds monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly or weekly, simply complete the Electronic Deposit/Withdrawal Agreement Authorization form, sign and fax it to Delta Community Payment Services Department at 770-644-0131 or 404-677-4828. Or you can mail it to Delta Community Credit Union 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Ga. 30339-6420, Attention: Payment Services.  
  • A2A: You can also set up an A2A External Transfer via your Online Banking Account under the Transfers tab. 

How can I request to change an amount on an already existing ACH origination?

To make a change to an amount for an already existing ACH origination, you can send a message within Online Banking from Contact Us located under Additional Services or fax your request in writing with your signature to 770-644-0131 or 404-677-4828 Attn: Payment Services
