Accessing Contact Us functions from a Safari Browser

I am unable to find the New Message and Check Message Status buttons when using my Safari browser. How can I locate them?

If you are using the Safari browser on an Apple device (iPhone, iPad or Mac computer) and the links for New Message and Check Message Status are missing under the Contact Us feature, the Safari browser setting called “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” is turned ON, which will block the normal operation of the Contact Us feature.

Workaround Options:

  • Temporarily turn OFF the Safari browser setting called “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”. You can turn this setting back ON again once you are done using Contact Us. The steps on how to locate the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” setting in Safari is described below.
  • Use another browser on your Apple device if you have one (e.g. Chrome or Firefox)
  • Use a non-Apple device if you have one (Windows PC, Chromebook, Android phone or tablet)
  • For iPhones and iPads, use our mobile app for that device

To Locate the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” Setting in Safari:

For iPhones:

  1. Open iPhone’s Settings App (usually on phones home screen, icon looks like a gear wheel)
  2. Scroll down and select Safari from the list of apps
  3. Scroll down to see the setting called Prevent Cross-Site Tracking, which is under Privacy and Security section

For iPads:

  1. Open iPhone’s Settings App (usually on phones home screen, icon looks like a gear wheel)
  2. Scroll down and select Safari from the list of apps
  3. Scroll down to see the setting called Prevent Cross-Site Tracking, which is under Privacy and Security section

For Macs (iMacs, Macbooks, Mac Minis):

  1. Open Safari
  2. In very top left corner of their computer display, just to the right of a small apple, you should see the word “Safari”. Click on the word “Safari” to open the Safari menu
  3. Select Preferences from the menu
  4. From the row of Preference category icons displayed, select the Privacy icon (has a small open hand on it) to see the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking setting
