    Delta Community Announces Comprehensive Financial Education Center

    Credit Union Consolidates Educational Opportunities, Resources

    ATLANTA (July 12, 2016) – Delta Community Credit Union (, Georgia’s largest credit union with more than $5 billion in assets and more than 340,000 members, announces the launch of its comprehensive Financial Education Center. This innovative financial resource consolidates the Credit Union’s existing wide array of on-site workshops and resources, and now provides users access with one convenient listing of all financial educational opportunities, including online courses.

    “Our Financial Education Center is unique among credit unions in metro Atlanta because it provides multiple free on-site financial education programs to members of the public,” said Jai Rogers, Delta Community’s vice president of Business and Community Development. “Our educational curriculum covers many topics, from credit repair to first-time home buying and almost everything in between.”

    Each year, Delta Community provides thousands of people in all stages of life with helpful information through its many free on-site workshops such as:

    • Car and home buying seminars
    • Retirement, investment, credit and other workshops
    • Ongoing financial education support for select metro Atlanta high schools
