Delta Community Appoints John Perrault as Vice President, Member Care Center
Industry Professional Brings More than 25 Years of Customer Service Experience to Credit Union
ATLANTA (Aug. 3, 2015) – Delta Community Credit Union (www.DeltaCommunityCU.com), Georgia’s largest credit union with $4.8 billion in assets and more than 320,000 members, has named John Perrault as vice president of its Member Care Center. Perrault joined Delta Community on Aug. 1 and reports to Pam Davis, senior vice president of Branch Delivery and Operations.

He has a track record of developing high-performing teams and leveraging technology to drive a better consumer experience. Perrault will be responsible for Delta Community’s Member Call Center, which handles more than one million calls annually, providing live phone support focusing on member success and satisfaction with every interaction.

Perrault joins Delta Community from Hyundai Capital America in Atlanta where he served as director of Servicing Support. Previously, he held positions of vice president at Zions Bancorp, responsible for their call center in Salt Lake City, UT, and vice president at US Bank, responsible for their regional call center in Cincinnati, OH.
Perrault is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
