New Hours for All Kroger Branches
Delta Community Buford Branch
We will be updating the hours of our Buford, Canton, Snellville and Suwanee Branches, all of which are located within Kroger stores. The new hours will be effective March 1, 2018 and will be as follows:
  • Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Full-Service Branch Set to Open in Snellville
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be relocating our Snellville Branch to larger, more convenient facilities. The existing branch, which is located inside the Presidential Commons Kroger, will be moved to a nearby storefront location, also within Presidential Commons, at 1708 Scenic Highway South. Completion of the move is expected this summer.
“Relocating our existing Snellville branch within the same shopping center allows us to retain an established location, provide more convenient access for our members, and accommodate additional employees to meet the needs of this growing community,” said Delta Community CEO Hank Halter.
This new branch will house a full member service team, including professionals to assist with Home, Auto and Personal Loan needs. “In addition to the existing 26,000 members we already serve in Gwinnett County, we are excited to welcome new members who live and or work in the area and can enjoy all the benefits of Delta Community,” added Halter.
More Parking for Peachtree City (Wisdom Road) Branch
Peachtree City Wisdom Road Branch
To improve member experience, we are creating 50 additional parking spaces at our Peachtree City (Wisdom Road) Branch. Construction is scheduled to start on February 1 and will be completed by late May.
Beginning February 1, one of the two ATMs will be closed. Additionally, February 5-13, all drive-thru lanes will temporarily close. After this short time, the drive-thru lanes and access to one ATM will remain open throughout construction. There will be signage onsite to direct you on how to access the drive-thru lanes and ATM during this time.  For construction updates and other details related to this project, visit the Peachtree City (Wisdom Road) Branch page.
As a reminder, members have access to thousands of Surcharge-Free ATMs, Deposit Taking ATMs and CO-OP Branches. Online Banking and our Mobile Banking App are also available as safe, convenient ways to check account status, pay bills and deposit checks at any time. Also, our Peachtree City (Braelinn Village) Branch is conveniently located nearby at 472 Crosstown Drive.
Thank you in advance for your patience as we make these improvements.
Philanthropic Fund Grants Awarded in January
HR Charitable Giving
We recently presented the first three grants from our 2018 Philanthropic Fund, totaling $14,500, to the organizations listed below:
  • Literacy Action received a $7,500 grant to support their Breaking the Cycle of Poverty Through Family Literacy initiative. This program works with public schools and community partners to engage parents and their children in jointly developing literacy skills in the school setting.
  • The Care and Counseling Center of Georgia received a $5,000 grant for their Youth Program which provides training to community leaders and institutions that support at-risk youth, including youth that may be transitioning out of incarceration. These training sessions help these local leaders identify signs of significant mental health distress and give them effective strategies to intervene and provide support.
  • Refugee Women’s Network, Inc. received a $2,000 grant to fund its Economic Empowerment Program which equips refugee and immigrant women with the knowledge and resources to become economically self-reliant by providing employment assistance, support of entrepreneurship opportunities and access to educational and training programs.
The Delta Community Philanthropic Fund will invest a total of $105,000 throughout 2018 to 22 metro Atlanta non-profit organizations that support the physical and financial needs of people who live within the communities we serve. The total amount is an increase of $5,000 in recognition of the program’s fifth anniversary in 2018.
Have You Set Up Your IVR Telephone PIN?
IVR Telephone PIN
If you haven’t yet established a 4-digit Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Telephone PIN on your account, now is the time. For added account protection, Delta Community members will soon be required to use a PIN for secure self-servicing in our toll-free IVR line. In addition to the security benefits, having a pre-established PIN provides even more convenience to your account self-servicing experience through our telephone banking channel. Remember, your 4-digit IVR PIN, which should be completely different from the PIN you might use with your Debit Card or at the ATM, can easily be established in Online Banking or in our Mobile App.
You can quickly and easily set up your IVR PIN today by using one of the options below:
  • Online Banking: Log in to your Online Banking account > select Update Telephone PIN under the Account Management tab
  • Mobile Banking with iOS: Sign in to Mobile App > click More > click Update Telephone PIN
  • Mobile Banking with Android: Sign in to Mobile App > click the Menu button at the top left > click Update Telephone PIN
Once you create your IVR Telephone PIN, you’ll enter it each time you call the IVR Line. As always, our Member Care team is available to assist if you’re unable to meet your needs through the self-service options.
