Chip Card Conversion Update 

Our phased chip card conversion continues this month. Credit Card holders will receive their new chip Credit Cards in the mail through the end of July. New chip Debit Cards will also be mailed to existing Debit Card holders starting in late July. For more information about our chip card conversion, visit our website. 

If you do not have our Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card, apply for one today and enjoy the benefits, including the greater security smart chip technology offers, a competitive low variable rate, Reward Points for eligible purchases, and more.
Philanthropic Fund Award Grants Continue in June

Our Philanthropic Fund grants continued in June with awards totaling $5,000 to the organizations listed below: 

• Girls on the Run Atlanta, an organization that empowers girls from elementary and middle schools and community sites in Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties to be emotionally and physically healthy, received a $2,500 grant. 

• Hands on Atlanta was awarded $2,500 to support its Discovery Program, which assists more than 800 children at Title 1 elementary schools in the City of Atlanta, and Fulton, DeKalb, and Cobb counties.  

The Delta Community Philanthropic Fund will invest a total of $80,000 throughout 2016 to 17 metro Atlanta non-profit organizations, which support the physical and financial needs of people who live within the communities we serve.

Morehouse Student Awarded HBCU Scholarship
Kiss 104's Veronica Waters, HBCU Scholarship recipient Delmer Jones III and Matthew Shepherd
Delta Community and Atlanta radio station KISS 104's scholarships for students attending Historically Black Colleges or Universities (HBCU) continued in June, with a check for $2,000 being presented to Delmer Jones III of Snellville, Georgia. 

Delmer, a rising sophomore at Morehouse, is majoring in marketing and plans to pursue a career in sports marketing. He is a graduate of Brookwood High School in Snellville.
Throughout 2016, Delta Community will award a total of $8,000 in scholarships to students attending HBCUs in the state of Georgia.
