Aisha Khawaja has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry within the areas of credit and debit card operations, fraud mitigation and prevention, project management, call center operations, ATM service and maintenance, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management. As Vice President of Card and Payment Services, she is responsible for creating and executing strategies around payment innovation and solutions for Delta Community members.

Before joining Delta Community in 2016, Aisha served as Vice President of Fraud and BSA, and Vice President of Member Payments at GTE Financial in Tampa, Florida. Prior to that, she worked at Alliant Credit Union in Chicago. Aisha holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from Saint Leo University in San Antonio, Florida.

Aisha has served on the Federal Reserve Bank’s Faster Payments Task Force, as a board member of the Greater Tampa YMCA, and as a member of the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Women of Influence Committee.
