Delta Community’s Eagles Landing Branch Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Credit Union’s Second Community-based Location Known for Member, Community Service

STOCKBRIDGE, GA (July 14, 2016) – Delta Community Credit Union (, Georgia’s largest credit union with more than $5 billion in assets, is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Eagles Landing branch, located in Henry County. Today employees marked the occasion with civic partners, members and Credit Union leaders.

“We are proud to celebrate this significant milestone, as well as our team of dedicated professionals at this branch,” said Delta Community CEO Hank Halter. “In the past decade, Eagles Landing has grown to become one of our largest and most successful locations, and we look forward to an exciting future of continued growth and service to communities in and around Henry County.”

Delta Community’s Eagles Landing branch was its second free-standing location built after the former Delta Employees Credit Union expanded into community membership. Today, nearly 50,000 members who live in Henry and neighboring Clayton county are served by Eagles Landing and a second Stockbridge branch on Mt. Zion Parkway.

In addition to serving its members, Delta Community serves the broader Henry County community. This year, the Credit Union will invest more than $650,000 in organizations, schools and charities that share its mission of supporting physical and financial health, including many Henry County schools, organizations and charities.
