Step 1: If you're not already a Delta Community member, apply using the Open Membership button below. Be sure to enter or confirm the code PROPEL in the promo code field of our online application. With this code, we will provide you a credit for the required $5 membership deposit.

Step 2: Following the submission of your membership application, complete our quick and easy Propel Loan Request for Application Form below. After your membership is confirmed, a Propel Loan Specialist will contact you to get your loan application started.

Please note that in order to decision your Propel Loan, we will need a completed Private Education Loan Applicant Self-Certification Form and the Conditional Offer of Employment Letter or Propel Contract you received from Delta Air Lines. Your school can assist you in completing the certification form.

To submit your documents, log in to Online Banking and choose Contact Us located above the teal menu bar. From the new browser window, choose Messages, then New Message. Use "Propel Loan" for the Subject and write a brief description of the documents you’re uploading. To securely upload your documents, choose Attach a file and click Submit.
