“ATLANTA PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL SEASON TICKETS GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES”

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Delta Community Credit Union Atlanta Professional Football Season Tickets Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on August 1, 2017 and ends on August 31, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two ways to enter:
    1. You (“Entrant”) will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes if you do not currently have a Delta Community Credit Union membership and open a new Delta Community Checking Account during the Promotion Period.
    2. Alternatively hand print your complete name, address, age, e-mail address (if available), daytime/evening phone numbers and the words, “Atlanta Professional Football Season Tickets” on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper, and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attention: Marketing Dept. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2017 and received by September 7, 2017.
    Limit of one (1) entry per person by any means.
  2. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and state of Georgia residents. Entrants must not be employees or family members of employees (including spouse, children, parents and siblings of employees) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. PRIZES. One (1) prize shall be awarded, consisting of two (2) Atlanta Professional Football Season Tickets for the 2017-18 regular season home games (8 games) (the “Prize”), and specifically excludes any pre-season and post-season games as well as the underlying Private Seat License (PSL) associated with the seats and separately owned by Sponsor. The winner will be selected and the prize awarded after the close of the Promotion Period (estimated to be on or around September 8, 2017). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize: $2,500. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. All federal and state taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the prize and will be required to fill out a W-9 form. Failure to abide by these rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize. The Prize only consists of two tickets to the 2017-18 regular season home games (8 games), and specifically excludes any pre-season and post-season games as well as the underlying Private Seat License (PSL) associated with the seats separately owned by Sponsor. Entrant shall have no rights whatsoever to or benefit in to the underlying PSL owned by Sponsor.
  4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 8, 2017 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winner will immediately be notified by telephone or email. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be located or does not respond by September 12, 2017, an alternative winner will be selected. Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where not limited by law, a publicity release within five (5) days of prize notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will only be awarded if winner complies with these Official Rules.
  5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting your own entry and/or accepting a prize, you specifically acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Delta Community Credit Union and its advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use or misuse of any prize. You accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winner and awarding of prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems unacceptable. By entering this contest, you also acknowledge and agree that all personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/forms/privacy-policy.aspx.
  6. RELEASES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates and its employees, officers, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, and agencies, shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

    Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Delta Community Credit Union, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective members, officers, employees, and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands, and/or judgments whatsoever, made by any third party due to or arising out of Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the use or misuse of the Prize by anyone other than Sponsor. As a condition to accepting the Prize, Entrant may be required to execute a separate release and indemnification agreement with Sponsor with respect to the use of the Prize.

  8. WINNERS. The winner may be posted on www.DeltaCommunityCU.com by September 15, 2017. For identification of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Delta Community Credit Union, Marketing Department, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
  9. SPONSOR. Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339. Delta Community Credit Union owns two (2) Atlanta Professional Football Season Tickets. The Atlanta Falcons are not a sponsor of, and have no involvement with this sweepstakes.
