Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Improvements

Starting early November, we will be implementing enhancements to Delta Community’s 24-Hour Account Access Line (800-544-3328) in order to improve member experience. Our toll-free IVR line allows members to self-service their accounts by performing functions such as accessing account information and balances, applying for loans or credit cards, activating cards, making loan payments and much more. Our Member Care Center is also available via the toll-free line to assist members with their accounts.

Updates to our IVR line will include:
  • Streamlined navigation, making it easier to access your accounts in less time
  • More precise menu language
  • A personalized telephone access PIN, which can be managed within the IVR and/or Online Banking, for security and convenience. Log in to Online Banking now to establish or change your telephone access PIN. Select Update Telephone PIN under the Account Management tab.
