You should never have to worry about security when you're shopping. That's why Delta Community offers Verified by Visa. This service enables online merchants to confirm a cardholder's identity before an online transaction is approved. When you use your Delta Community Visa Credit Card, Purchase Security gives you confidence that your purchase is protected. And whether you're buying something for yourself or buying a gift for someone else, Purchase Security can replace, repair or reimburse you up to $500. If you have ever wanted to protect or manage the warranty of products you have purchased with your Delta Community Visa Credit Card, we offer the Visa Warranty Manager Service. You can register your current contract warranty, get important product coverage information and even extend the original manufacturer’s warranty in some instances through Extended Warranty Protection. To file a claim, you can call toll free at 1-800-551-8472.
Enjoy the peace of mind offered by a 24/7 on-demand referral dispatch network that provides emergency pay-per-use roadside assistance such as battery boosts, tire changing, fuel delivery towing, and locksmith services. Lost or Stolen Card Reporting
You can report your card lost or stolen with one call, and your account will be immediately blocked to prevent fraudulent charges. You can report a lost or stolen card by:
Contacting Delta Community in the U.S. or Canada at 1-800-544-3328.
Logging in to your Online Banking account, selecting the Additional Services tab and going to the Card Management section. You can also submit a secure message.
Calling Visa at 1-800-Visa-911 (1-800-847-2911). You can also call Visa collect while traveling overseas, at 410-581-9994.
Emergency Card Replacement/Emergency Cash Disbursement (ECR/ECD)
This efficient, 24x7x365 worldwide service allows you to quickly and easily get a replacement Visa card sent to you and/or receive emergency cash at a convenient location. In the U.S., your Delta Community CU Visa Credit Card can be replaced within 24 hours. Outside the U.S. it is often replaced within one business day. Cardholders can receive up to $5,000 in emergency cash within 24 hours that can be picked up at an Emergency Service Location. For assistance, call 1-800-VISA-911 (1-800-847-2911).
Travel and Emergency Assistance Services (TEAS)
TEAS is available 24/7 by calling a dedicated toll-free number in the U.S., or through a collect telephone number when traveling abroad. This program provides assistance, such as Medical and Legal Referral Assistance, Emergency Ticket Replacement, Emergency Translation Service and Emergency Message Service. Please note that TEAS is provided on a best-efforts basis and may not be available due to time, distance or location. Cardholders are responsible for the cost of any services received.
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
Eliminate the need to pay for the collision damage waiver or similar provision provided by commercial auto rental companies on most passenger vehicles This supplemental insurance becomes effective after your primary coverage for the repair or replacement of a damaged rental vehicle due to collision, theft, or other physical damages, up to the actual cash value of most rental cars. You’re automatically protected when you decline the collision coverage at the time of rental when you pay with your Delta Community Visa Credit Card.
