What is Live Teller?
Live Teller brings interactive video technology to select Delta Community locations to better serve our members. With Live Teller, you can have real-time, face-to-face interaction with a Delta Community employee via video conferencing.
Will all branches have Live Teller?
Initially, Live Teller will only be available at our Peachtree City (Wisdom Road) and Florence, KY (Cincinnati Metro) Branches, with other locations coming soon.
What are the benefits of using Live Teller?
Live Teller provides a convenient, safe and efficient way to deliver personalized, face-to-face service to members. With Live Teller, you can cash checks, perform deposits and withdrawals and make payments and transfers, just like you would with a teller in a branch. In addition, Live Teller can dispense different amounts of cash including coins.
Is there a fee to use Live Teller?
There is no fee for Delta Community members to use Live Teller.
Is Live Teller safe and secure?
An interaction with Live Teller is just as secure as speaking with a teller in a branch. The Live Teller machines have an anti-glare screen and provide options for additional privacy, including a handset to speak to communicate with the agent, and a chat feature to type messages.
Will Live Teller transactions be processed on the same day?
Yes, all Live Teller transactions are processed on the same day, just like transactions made with a teller in the branch.
Can Live Teller machines be used to make standard ATM transactions?
Yes, members can use Live Teller machines to make standard ATM transactions or select to speak live with an agent.
Is Live Teller replacing employees in the branches?
Live Teller will not replace in-branch employees. Delta Community is adding Live Teller machines as an additional channel to support our branch employees and offer members added convenience during and outside of normal business hours.
