Senior Vice President, Branch Delivery and Operations
Pam Davis has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry within the areas of branch and call center operations and consumer, real estate, card management and commercial lending. As Senior Vice President of Branch Delivery and Operations, Pam is responsible for the strategic management and daily oversight of Delta Community’s Branch Delivery, Member Care Center and Operations.
Additionally, Pam directs the Retail Sales and Service team which is responsible for developing and improving sales skills throughout key channels within Delta Community Credit Union. She is responsible for Delta Community’s 26 branch locations and ATM fleet, its participation in a nationwide shared branch network, and multi-channel contact centers.
Pam joined Delta Community in 2002 as Vice President of Real Estate Services and previously served as Deputy Chief Lending Officer and Vice President of Retail Lending. Prior to joining Delta Community, she held roles at several banking and credit institutions, including Georgia’s Own Credit Union and Peninsula Credit Union. Pam holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Clayton State University, where she serves as a Trustee for the Clayton State University Foundation.
Pam lives in Cobb County and serves as a Board Member of American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA), where she holds the position of Vice-Chair. In recent years she has facilitated mortgage roundtable discussions at the CUNA Lending Council Conference.
