What identification and other information are needed to open a savings account with the Credit Union?

The following information is needed by both the primary and joint owners:

Full legal name
Physical address
Date of Birth
Valid Driver's License, State issued ID, Military ID, U.S. Passport, or Permanent Resident Card. The name on the ID must match the name on the application.
Social Security Number
At least one contact number whether it is cell, home or both.
Employer (current or most recent)
Occupation (current or most recent)

To add a beneficiary, you will need to obtain their Social Security Number and birthday.
