Time required to keep a Basic Account

My Checking Account is now a Basic Account. How long will I have to keep this type of account before I can obtain a regular Checking Account?

At this time, an account under the Basic Account status must complete a minimum of 12 consecutive months without any returned items/NSF (non-sufficient funds) activity to be eligible to return to the original terms. Upon completing 12 consecutive months without any NSF activity, the account will be automatically converted back to a regular checking account.
