Visa Payment Holiday

Does Delta Community offer payment holidays for Visa?

Visa Platinum Rewards and Visa Signature Credit Cards are eligible for a payment holiday along with our other eligible loans. To request a payment holiday, log into your Online Banking and select Payment Holiday under Loans.

Please note, a payment holiday cannot be submitted during the statement processing period. If your payment is due on the 7th, the statement processing period is between the 8th and 10th of the month. If your payment is due on the 12th, the statement processing period is between the 13th and 15th of the month. If your payment is due on the 17th, the statement processing period is between the 18th and 20th of the month.

For participating cardholders, normal finance charges continue to accrue.

Visa Payment Holiday is not offered for:

Young Adult Credit Cards
Business Visa accounts
Secured Credit Cards

Visa Signature and Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Cards are not eligible for a Payment Holiday if they have any of the following conditions:

A penalty rate or expired credit limit
An automatic transfer to pay in full monthly
A balance or payment due less than $25
Less than 5% of the credit limit available
