Monthly Member Survey Participant Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. COMPLETION OF A SURVEY DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Delta Community Credit Union 2024 Monthly Member Survey Participant Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on January 10, 2024 and ends on December 21, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) separate entry periods (each a “Monthly Entry Period”):

• February 7 through 17, 2024
• March 6 through 16, 2024
• April 10 through 20, 2024
• May 8 through 18, 2024
• June 12 through 22, 2024
• July 10 through 20, 2024
• August 7 through 17, 2024
• September 11 through 21, 2024
• October 9 through 19, 2024
• November 6 through 16, 2024
• December 11 through 21, 2024

There are two ways to enter:

Consumers who receive and complete our Delta Community Credit Union Monthly Member Relationship Survey ("Survey") via email during an applicable Monthly Entry Period will be automatically entered for such applicable Monthly Entry Period upon submission of your contact information.

TO ENTER WITHOUT COMPLETING A SURVEY: On a 3"x5" card, hand print your full name, complete home address including zip code, home telephone number with area code, email address (if available), and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage to 2024 Monthly Member Survey Participant Sweepstakes, Attn: Marketing Dept, Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of cards permitted. No metered mail will be accepted. Envelopes must be postmarked by the end of an applicable Monthly Entry Period and received within six days of the end of such applicable Monthly Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person by any means for each Monthly Entry Period.

ELIGIBILITY. Entrants (“Entrants”) must be legal U.S. residents who are members of Delta Community Credit Union as of the start of each Monthly Entry Period, excluding residents of Florida. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older as of each applicable Monthly Entry Period start date. Employees, officers, and directors of Delta Community Credit Union ("Sponsor"), and their immediate family members or those living in the same household of each, as well as all persons involved in the design, administration or implementation of this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to win.

SELECTION OF WINNERS. On or about nine (9) days after the end of each applicable Monthly Entry Period three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by Sponsor during such Monthly Entry Period, whose decisions are final. Nonwinning entries from one Monthly Entry Period will not carry over to any subsequent Monthly Entry Period(s).

PRIZES. Three (3) prizes will be awarded during each applicable Monthly Entry Period. The prize winners (each a “Prize Winner”) will each receive a $25 deposit into your Savings Account (“Prize”). ARV (Actual Retail Value) of prizes during the Sweepstakes Period: maximum $900. Prize Winner(s) must comply in all respects with these Official Rules and the requests of Sponsor in fulfilling and verifying eligibility for the Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All expenses and fees associated with the Prizes not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. Prize Winner(s) acknowledge that the Prize is taxable. Prize Winner(s) may receive an IRS 1099 tax form (in addition to any other applicable form(s) and may wish to seek independent accounting advice in connection with the acceptance of the Prize).

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. Sweepstakes offered only to eligible Entrants as identified above. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN FLORIDA, and all other states or territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

All Entrants (including the Prize Winner(s)) agree to give, and hereby do give, the Sponsor and its licensees, affiliates, successors the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish their name, city of residence, photo, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and winner’s voice, recorded or live, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users and does not assume any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of any entries.

All Entrants (including the Prize Winner(s)) agree that Sponsor shall have no liability for any injury or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, winning, or losing the Sweepstakes, and/or by the acceptance, use, or non-use of any prize received in connection with this Sweepstakes. All Entrants (including the Prize Winner) also agree to hold Sponsor, and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liabilities, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of the participation in, acceptance, use or misuse of the Sweepstakes and/or the Prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that no claim relating to damages, losses or injuries shall be asserted against Sponsor and/or its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is jeopardized.

A winner’s list may be obtained after the 5th day of the month following each applicable Monthly Entry Period by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address: Delta Community Credit Union, 2024 Monthly Member Survey Participant Sweepstakes Winners List request, Attn: Marketing Dept, Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway Atlanta, GA 30339.

Disputes. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be deemed final and binding in connection with the interpretation of the Official Rules and the administration of the Sweepstakes, and all Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Georgia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees and Entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
