Delta Community Credit Union Celebrates Ribbon Cutting in Locust Grove

Delta Community Credit Union is now open in Locust Grove. The credit union held a ribbon cutting on Monday, May 19, 2025, to celebrate their newest branch location. It is the fourth branch located in Henry County.
Delta Community Credit Union Locust Grove
Delta Community Credit Union, Georgia’s largest credit union, celebrated the opening of its new full-service branch in Locust Grove. It is located at 3300 Highway 42 South at the corner of Marketplace Blvd and Highway 42. The branch is the credit union’s 33rd overall, 30th in metro Atlanta and fourth in Henry County.
Members of Delta Community’s executive team and branch staff were joined by city and community leaders in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to formally open the 5,000-square-foot facility. Construction started one year ago in May 2024. The credit union is open during the following hours:
Lobby
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm,
Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, and
Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Drive Thru
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm,
Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, and
Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Locust Grove is Credit Union’s 4th Henry County Location
“With two existing branches in Stockbridge and a third location in McDonough, our Locust Grove branch both furthers our investment in Henry County and expands our branch network across metro Atlanta,” said Hank Halter, Delta Community’s CEO. “This branch gives our members in the area added convenience in accessing our services and positions us to deliver value to families and small business owners who may not have had the opportunity to join a credit union easily before now.”
There are nearly 8,000 Delta Community members who live within a 5-mile radius of the Locust Grove branch. In addition, the credit union has about 44,000 members who live and work in Henry County. More than 6,000 members live in adjoining Butts and Spalding Counties. The branch is staffed by 10 full-time employees. They offer complete teller services, access to a home loan specialist, two drive-through lanes and two 24-hour ATMs.
