Requesting Account Research

Account research is a service that provides you with lost information and/or information regarding your accounts.

  • The following fees for this service can be found on the Delta Community website.
    • Account Research hourly fee
    • Document copies (check, statement, etc.)
  • You can send your request from within Online Banking using the Secure Email located under Additional Services or by fax 404-677-4832 or 404-677-4730.
  • Please provide as much of the following information as possible with your submission:
    • Date of transaction
    • Location of transaction
    • Type of transaction
    • Amount of transaction
    • If checks are involved, please include the amounts and the estimate number of checks.
