Yes. The joint owner is not required to be a primary member of a savings account at the credit union, but would need to qualify within the credit criteria set for the Visa Credit Card. A credit report will be pulled on the joint owner and they would also be responsible for repayment of debt on the Visa Credit Card (Authorized Users are not). To request a joint owner be added to a currently issued card, log into Online Banking and complete Apply for a Loan under the Loans tab.
