I have been pre-approved for an auto loan and wanted to know if a pre-approval letter is sent to the dealership automatically?

A pre-approval letter is not automatically sent to the dealer. You can request the pre-approval letter to be mailed or faxed to the dealership. It is preferred that we mail or fax this request directly to the member.
