Close/reopen by joint owner

Can the joint owner close and reopen a Checking Account due to lost or stolen checks?

The joint owner may begin the process to close the account but the signatures from the primary and any other joint owners will be required to reopen the account. You can visit one of our branch locations or send a secure message within Online Banking from the Secure Email under Additional Services if your checks have been lost or stolen.
