How do I dispute an ATM deposit or withdrawal?

All disputes on ATM deposits or withdrawals must be in writing using the ATM Transaction Dispute form. Return the completed form by fax to: 404-677-4922 Attn: ATM Deposit Support - ATM Disputes or by mail to Delta Community, Attn: Deposit Support - ATM Disputes, PO Box 20541, Atlanta, GA 30320-2541.

If you have questions, you may submit them within Online Banking from the Secure Email under Additional Services.

Please allow up to 5 business days for provisional credit to be applied, after receiving all necessary documentation.

Or visit a branch where the ATM issue occurred (if it is a Delta Community Credit Union ATM) and submit the completed transaction dispute form.
