If the college student is already a member of the Delta Community Credit Union, to apply for a Checking Account and Visa Debit Card, simply complete a Checking Account application. The member must be at least 13 years old to have a Checking Account. An adult joint owner is required until the member reaches age 18.

If the college student is not an existing member, Membership can be applied for online.
