Transactions using Mobile Banking

Which balances are given when requested?

For loan accounts, the default balance that is issued when requested through the short messaging service is the total balance due on the account. For Visa credit cards, the default balance that is issued when requested through the short messaging service is the total balance due on the account. For deposit accounts (checking and savings), the default balance that is issued when requested through the short messaging service is the available balance on the account.

Can I deposit checks from Mobile Banking?

The Mobile Check Deposit service, which is available with our updated Mobile Banking Application, allows you to securely and conveniently deposit funds to your Delta Community Checking, Savings, or Money Market accounts using your smartphone or tablet device.

How do I transfer funds using Mobile Banking?

To transfer funds using Delta Community's Mobile Banking service from your phone, select Transfer Money from the Mobile Banking menu options, and then follow the transaction prompts.

How do I know that my transfer or bill payment transaction was successful?

Following a Mobile Banking transfer transaction, a confirmation message will appear to indicate that the transaction was successfully transmitted. For bill payments, you will see a confirmation message when setting up a payment. Your scheduled pending payments will appear when you choose Pay Bills under the Mobile Banking menu options.

Are transfers immediate?

Yes, much like Online Banking, Transfer Money transactions made through Delta Community's Mobile Banking service are processed immediately.

If desired, you may schedule your transfer for a future date or to repeat. Select the Scheduled Transfer tab for this option.

Will I be able to transfer funds from my account at the Credit Union to my account at another financial institution using Mobile Banking?

Not at this time; however, with Delta Community's Mobile Banking service, members can transfer funds between any of one of their Credit Union deposit accounts.

Can I pay my mortgage through my Mobile Banking?

Yes, you can pay your Delta Community mortgage through our Mobile Banking service. Please note that you cannot pay less than the current payment due. If you pay more than the current payment due, the excess will be applied to the principal balance.

Can I view my available offers from Get Cash Back Rewards?

With our updated Mobile Banking Application, you can view the available offers by choosing Get Cash Back from the Mobile Banking menu options. If you have multiple checking accounts, select the desired account by clicking on the arrow next to Offers. Be sure to accept the offer before making a purchase at the participating retailer.

How do I add or remove bill payees from Mobile Banking?

At this time, changing a bill payee is not an available function in Mobile Banking. Changing a bill payee can only be done through Online Banking.

How do I find an ATM or banking center in Mobile Banking?

To locate any one of our 70,000 + surcharge free ATMs, Shared Branches, or Delta Community branches using the Mobile Banking Service Locator, select the Locations or you can simply text ATM and your zip code (for example, ATM30354) to 23228 from your mobile phone.
