Quicken/Quickbooks: Received message to activate account

If you received a message stating you need to activate your account while accessing Quickbooks or Quicken, your Delta Community CU account does not need to be activated even though the software displays this message. If you use direct connect:

  • You will only need to provide your online banking user name, and direct connect password. You can establish your direct connect password by logging into online banking and navigating to 'Additional Services > Connectivity for Quicken® and QuickBooks®' and follow the instructions on screen.
