Request for Mortgage Information

What is a Mortgage Information Request?

An Information Request is any written request for information from a borrower relating to the servicing of the borrower’s mortgage loan.

The Mortgage Servicing department will only process written requests for information sent to:

RE: Error Resolution/Request for Information
PO Box 4029
Peachtree City, GA 30269

Written requests for information should include:

  • The name of the borrower.
  • Information that enables the Delta Community to identify the mortgage loan account in question.
  • A detailed explanation of the information the borrower is requesting with respect to their mortgage loan

Requests will be acknowledged within five (5) days or receipt.

Within 30 days, the Mortgage Servicing department will provide a written response to the request.

Important information

Notices written on payment coupons or other payment forms are not considered a request for information.

Please note that a request for a payoff balance is not considered a request for information.

You may also request a payoff within Online Banking from Secure Email under Additional Services. Signature not required if submitting request from within Online Banking.
