How can I obtain a PIN for my new card or change your current card PIN?

You can set or reset your PIN at any Delta Community branch location or by calling the toll-free Self-Service number at 855-477-1144. You do not need to know your current PIN to create a new one.

For Young Adult Credit, Health Savings Debit, ATM, and Money Market cards, PIN changes must be completed by calling 855-477-1144.

You'll receive an alert confirming your PIN change once it’s complete.

PIN requests cannot be submitted online, by mail, or by fax.

I do not remember my card's PIN. Is there a way to verify the PIN?

Delta Community cannot verify a card PIN.  Please see above for instructions on setting a new PIN or changing a current PIN.

I am traveling internationally and cannot withdraw money from an ATM due to a 6 digit PIN requirement. How can I withdraw my funds?

Because our system does not allow a 6-digit PIN you will need to locate another financial institution, ATM or complete a cash advance.
