Do you offer secured credit cards? If so, how do I apply for one?

Yes, you can apply for a savings secured Visa with a minimum limit of $500. You must have the amount you are applying for available in your Savings Account before you submit the application. To apply, please log in to your Online Banking and apply under the Loans tab or call us at 1-800-544-3328. Any application for a Visa product will result in a full credit inquiry of the applicant.
