- Sponsor: The 2026 Back-to-School Bonus Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 ("Delta Community" or "Sponsor"). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest.
- Eligibility: Participants must be a member of Delta Community with a Youth Savings Account: Sandy Savers™: 0-6 years old or Cool Cash Kids: 7-12 years old (“Participant”).
- Entry Requirements: A parent or legal guardian must submit an online entry at: DeltaCommunityCU.com/BackToSchool (Entry Portal”) and provide all required information for Participant. Only submissions submitted through the Entry Portal will be considered. Participants must share how they will make smart spending decisions while shopping for back-to-school needs. Participants may create artwork, a photo, a short story, a video or any other creative project that shows how they make smart spending choices for back-to-school shopping. Only one entry per student is permitted. Submission must be Participant’s original work and may be disqualified if incomplete, duplicate, plagiarized, inappropriate, AI generated or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.

NOTE: Children of Delta Community employees and board members are not eligible. Participants may win only one Delta Community contest per calendar year.
- Entry Period: July 20, 20026 - August 31, 2026. Sponsor’s computer clock is the official time keeping device.
- Judging Criteria: All eligible submissions will be judged by a Delta Community Credit Union employee who will choose ten (10) winners based on creativity, originality and relevance to the contest theme.
- Winners and Prizes: Ten (10) winners will be selected, and each winner will receive a $100 which will be deposited into their Delta Community Youth Savings Account. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred.
- Winner Notification: Potential winners will be announced on or about September 30, 2026. A parent or legal guardian of each winner will be notified using contact information provided with the entry via email with subsequent phone call if no response to email. If a winner cannot be contacted, Delta Community may select an alternate winner. The prize will be awarded only if winning Participants complied with these Official Rules.
- Prize and Deadline: The $100 will be deposited into the Youth Savings Account within 10 days from receipt of the signed Prize Affidavit. Participants’ accounts must remain in good standing, with deposit balances above zero dollars, any applicable loan payments current, and all accounts in compliance with any other terms, conditions and governing requirements until bonus is paid.
- Taxes: Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this contest. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred.
- Governing Law: Participants and their parents and guardians agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant and their parents and guardians agree that any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this contest and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Fulton County, GA or the federal courts in the Northern District of Georgia.
- Release and Limitation of Liability: Participants and their parents and legal guardians release Sponsor from and against any claim associated with the Contest.
- Winner List: For the names of all prize winners, available after September 30, 2026 send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339.
- Publicity Release: As a condition of receiving a prize, winning Participant’s parent or legal guardian must sign a publicity release and an affidavit on behalf of the winning Participant permitting Delta Community to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, grade level, submission and statements for promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law.
- Privacy: Information collected will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact winners and award prizes in accordance with Delta Community’s privacy practices.
