1. Offer valid for Home Equity Loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit applied for between September 1 – September 30, 2026. Maximum loan amount eligible for this offer is $350,000. Borrower will be responsible for prepaid interest, taxes, insurance (including state intangible tax where required), and applicable attorney fees. Adequate property and flood insurance required, if applicable. All loans subject to credit approval and acceptable property. HELOCs have a variable Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and are based on an index plus a margin. It is subject to change monthly with the Prime Rate (the index) as published in The Wall Street Journal. As of July 30, 2026, the APR ranges from 6.50% to 8.75% depending on creditworthiness and loan-to-value. The APR will never be lower than 3.00% or higher than 15.00%.
