2025 TOP REFERRERS CONTEST

Official Rules

1. The Delta Community Credit Union 2025 Top Referrers Contest (the “Contest”) begins on November 1, 2025, 12:00 am ET and ends on December 31, 2025, 11:59 pm ET (the “Contest Period”).
2. HOW TO ENTER. To participate, refer new members to Delta Community during the Contest Period using the Delta Community Refer-A-Friend program available at www.DeltaCommunityCU.com/Refer. Entrant must comply with the Delta Community Refer-A-Friend Program Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. For purposes of this Contest, a “Successful Referral” will mean:
   1. The referred individual opens a new Delta Community membership account during the Contest Period (November 1–December 31, 2025); and
   2. The new member meets all eligibility requirements for Delta Community membership.

   3. Note: For this Contest, referred individuals are not required to fund the account or make ten (10) debit card transactions as generally required to obtain bonuses under the Refer-A-Friend program. However, those requirements will continue apply to claim bonuses under the Refer-A-Friend program during the Contest Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and Delta Community members at the time of referral Entrants must not be employees or family members of employees (including spouse, children, parents and siblings of employees) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Contest. Void where prohibited by law.
4. PRIZES. Ten (10) prizes shall be awarded, each consisting of a $25 Amazon gift card. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. All federal and state taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the prize. Failure to abide by these rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize. 
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS. At the conclusion of the Contest Period, Delta Community will total the number of Successful Referrals per eligible referring member. The ten (10) members with the highest number of Successful Referrals will each be declared winners. In the event of a tie for the last available prize position, the prize will be awarded to the tied entrant whose last Successful Referral was recorded first in Delta Community’s system. Winners will immediately be notified by telephone or email. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or a winner cannot be located or does not respond within ten (10) days of prize notification, an alternative winner will be selected. Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where not limited by law, a publicity release within ten (10) days of prize notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will only be awarded if winner complies with these Official Rules.  
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Contest offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law.  By submitting your own entry and/or accepting a prize, you specifically acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Delta Community Credit Union and its advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, participation in or use or misuse of any prize.  You accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in the Contest, selection of winner and awarding of prize.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  No correspondence will be acknowledged.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems unacceptable.  By entering this contest, you also acknowledge and agree that all personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at  https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/content/dam/deltacommunitycreditunionprogram/documents/home/forms/privacy-policy.pdf
7. RELEASES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates and its employees, officers, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, and agencies, shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to Entrant’s participation in the Contest, including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Amazon. 
8. Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Delta Community Credit Union, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective members, officers, employees, and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands, and/or judgments whatsoever, made by any third party due to or arising out of Entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or the use or misuse of the Prize by anyone other than Sponsor.

10. WINNERS. The winner may be posted on www.DeltaCommunityCU.com by January 31, 2026. For identification of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Delta Community Credit Union, Marketing Department, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
