Newnan Times-Herald

Delta Community Credit Union recently announced Tanzia Reynolds-Tucker as the new manager of the Newnan-Highway 34 East branch.

“I live in Newnan and I want to serve the members in my community,” Reynolds-Tucker said in a press release.

The branch is special to Reynolds-Tucker because it is where she began her career with Delta Community, joining the credit union as the branch’s assistant manager in 2019, before she was promoted to branch manager of the Peachtree City Braelinn Village location in February 2022.

Reynolds-Tucker has more than three decades of leadership experience in the banking industry, including teller supervisor, call center manager and regional operations manager.

“Newnan is really growing and this is an opportunity to serve the members of Coweta County,” she said. “I enjoy helping first-time account holders, first-time homebuyers, young adults and seniors. Seeing the smile on their face when you’ve made a difference in their financial goals is so rewarding.”

With a passion for educating students about financial literacy, Reynolds-Tucker enjoys working with Delta Community’s local school partners. As she gets settled into her new role, she looks forward to partnering with local organizations, especially those that enrich the lives of youth in the community.
