Love to Learn Youth Members Contest

Delta Community Love to Learn Contest

It’s back-to-school time and we’re celebrating with our Sandy Savers and Cool Cash Kids! One of the most valuable lessons we can teach our children is how to earn and save money wisely, and the Delta Community Youth Love to Learn Contest is a great way to establish a tradition of saving with your young ones while having fun. Your child can share with us what they most look forward to learning this school year with a photo, drawing, poem, video or another creative way, and we’ll select 10 winners to receive a $100 deposit to their Youth Savings Account. To enter the contest, complete and return the contest entry form and creative entry for your saver(s) by August 31, 2022.

Monthly Blogs

  • Be Sure to Use the Right Account Number When Setting Up Direct Deposit: It’s common for Delta Community members to link their Credit Union accounts, such as a Savings Account, to a Checking Account, or to link their Credit Union accounts to other financial institutions or to the U.S. government, such as linking an account with the federal Internal Revenue Service for paying taxes or receiving tax refunds. If you are linking accounts, be certain you are always using your correct Delta Community Credit Union account information/number.
  • How to Have a Winning School or Extracurricular Sports Budget: Sports are a wonderful activity for children; they can strengthen them physically and help keep them healthy, bring new friends into their lives, and teach them important life lessons, including teamwork, responsibility, discipline and courtesy. Supporting sports for your child or teenager can be expensive, especially if there are several children participating in these popular school or extracurricular activities.
