How can I obtain a PIN for my new card?

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is mailed out at the time you request your card. It will arrive in a separate envelope for security reasons. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your reminder.

I would like to select the PIN for my cards. How can I change the PIN on my Delta Community ATM/Visa Check Cards and Visa Credit Card?

Members can change their PIN in person at any Delta Community branch location. Members can also change their PIN at a Delta Community Credit Union ATM or over the phone by calling toll free (800) 544-3328 and use the self service IVR. To use these channels, you must know your current PIN in order create a new one.

If you do not know your current PIN, you can request a PIN reminder to be mailed to your address on file by logging into Online Banking (See below). Your current PIN will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Click on Additional Services > Card Management > select the Request PIN Reminder button


  • Select Additional Services > Contact Us

Please note, a PIN reminder can be mailed to your home address but PIN selections cannot be submitted via online, written form, fax or phone.

I do not remember my card's PIN. Is there a way to verify the PIN?

A PIN reminder can be mailed to your address on file. As stated above, if you have access to a Delta Community branch you can go into the branch and set your own PIN with a representative. PINs for your card can only be changed in person at a branch.

I am traveling internationally and cannot withdraw money from an ATM due to a 6 digit PIN requirement. How can I withdraw my funds?

Because our system does not allow a 6 digit PIN you will need to locate another financial institution, ATM or complete a cash advance.
