Debit Card Reward Points Program Ending

Effective July 1, 2023, purchases made using Delta Community Consumer and Business Debit Cards will no longer earn Reward Points. Existing points earned on Debit Cards prior to July 1 will remain available for three years from the date they were earned, per program terms. Reward Points will continue to be offered on eligible Delta Community Visa^® Credit Cards.

Why is the Debit Rewards Program ending?

Delta Community continually evaluates its product and service offering to meet changing market needs. After careful consideration, we made the decision to programmatically end Debit Card Rewards to focus on initiatives that more closely align with our strategic vision. Please know any existing points earned to date will continue to be available for redemption until they expire—three years after they were earned. Also, if you have a participating Delta Community Visa Credit Card, you will continue to earn Reward Points on eligible purchases.

Can I redeem Reward Points earned with my Delta Community Debit Card?

Yes, you may redeem any points currently in your point bank based on our points redemption. However, points expire on the last day of the month, three years after the date they were earned. Points expiration rules are outlined in the Reward Points Program Terms and Conditions, and additional details can be found within the My Account Statement page on the rewards website.

How can I view my Reward Points balance?

You may review your points balance by logging in to Online Banking and clicking Reward Points under the Additional Services tab, or selecting More in our Mobile App.

Is there a deadline to redeem my points?

Per the Reward Points Program Terms and Conditions, points will expire on the last day of the month three years after the date of issuance. Points will remain available until their expiration.

Is there a way to continue to earn Reward Points moving forward?

Yes. Our Visa Platinum Rewards and Visa Signature^® Credit Cards offer opportunities to earn Reward Points with each eligible purchase.

• Platinum Rewards and Business Platinum Rewards Credit Cards earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
  • You can also enroll in our quarterly Bonus Reward Points Program and earn 2x and 3x points on select categories.
• Visa Signature Credit Cards earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent in qualifying purchases.
• With Ampre, a card-linked offers program, you receive points on credit card purchases made at a network of local and national merchants.
