Mobile Banking App Frequently Asked Questions

I am not able to use my Delta Community Mobile Banking App any longer. What should I do?

If you are unable to use Delta Community’s Mobile Banking App, first please confirm that you have the latest app that’s available in your device’s app store.

How can I determine if I have the latest Delta Community Mobile Banking App?

The most up-to-date Delta Community Mobile Banking App is currently the only one offered from us in the app store. The latest app requires a username and password (created in our newly upgraded Online Banking platform) for logging in. Our former app required your Member Number and Access Code for logging in. If you do not have the latest app offered by Delta Community, please visit your device’s app store and download it for free.

I do not have a username or password that’s required to log in to my Delta Community Mobile Banking App. What should I do?

To set up a new username and password as required for logging in to Delta Community’s Online and Mobile Banking services, please visit our website at www.DeltaCommunityCU.com. When attempting to log in using Member Number and Access Code, you’ll be prompted to create a new customized username and password. The username must be at least six characters and cannot be all numbers.

It’s important to know that you will need to use your new username and password to log in to both Online and Mobile Banking going forward.

What happens if I try to use an expired version of the Delta Community Mobile Banking App?

Following the expiration of the outdated Delta Community App, an update message should appear within the app on your device. The message will state that the app is no longer active and that you will need to download our latest app available now in the Apple App and Google Play Stores.

Is a Short Messaging Service (SMS) offered with the most updated Delta Community Mobile Banking App?

Yes. You can continue to enjoy using the Short Message Service (SMS) feature of our Mobile Banking for quick account updates. However, SMS will need to be set up on your account through Online Banking. To set up SMS, simply log in to your account and then select Alerts and Notifications located under the Account Management tab. Following set up, you can text a list of short code demands to 454545 for quick account information such as Balance updates and the last five transactions on the account. A full list of SMS codes can be found by visiting the Mobile Banking page on the main Delta Community website.
