This coverage, offered by Federal Insurance Company, a Chubb® Company, provides you with cash benefits in the event that you're hospitalized due to a covered accident. There are no medical exams and acceptance is guaranteed.

Collect Daily Cash Benefits of up to $1,800 per Day
- Paid directly to you in addition to any other insurance you may have for each covered accident
- $450 per accident for Emergency Room Treatment
- $900 per day for Hospital Confinement–limit per occurrence $328,500 per 365 days
- $1,800 per day for Intensive Care Confinement–limit per occurrence $657,000 per 365 days
Two options are available. Select individual coverage for $17.65 per month or family coverage for $29.95 per month.

Confinement benefits reduce by 50% at age 65, and reduce to 25% at age 75. Outpatient Emergency Room benefits do not reduce due to age.
