Visa's Zero Liability policy guarantees that you won't be held responsible for fraudulent charges if your card account information is compromised. Always review your account activity, and if you notice any suspicious activity on your card, contact us at 800-544-3328 to report it.

Mobile Payments

Provision your Delta Community Credit Card with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay and enjoy a new, convenient way to pay. Mobile Payments allow you to securely make purchases without sharing your credit card information with the merchant.

Roadside Dispatch

Enjoy the peace of mind offered by a 24/7 on-demand referral dispatch network that provides emergency pay-per-use roadside assistance such as battery boosts, tire changing, fuel delivery, towing and locksmith services. There are no annual dues or limits on usage. Each service call is $69.95. Card Management

With Delta Community’s Card Management tools, cardholders can set card alerts, lock and unlock cards, notify Delta Community of upcoming travel, cancel a lost or stolen card, request a PIN reminder or report a damaged card. You can now conveniently manage your cards in our Mobile App and Online Banking.

Lost or Stolen Card Reporting

You can report your card lost or stolen with one call, and your account will be immediately blocked to prevent fraudulent charges. You can report a lost or stolen card by:

  • Contacting Delta Community in the U.S. or Canada at 800-544-3328.
  • Logging in to your Online Banking account, selecting the Additional Services tab and going to the Card Management section. You can also submit a secure message.
  • Calling Visa at 800-VISA-911 (800-847-2911). You can also call Visa collect while traveling overseas, at 410-581-9994.

Emergency Card Replacement/Emergency Cash Disbursement (ECR/ECD)

This efficient, 24x7x365 worldwide service allows you to quickly and easily get a replacement Visa card sent to you and/or receive emergency cash at a convenient location. In the U.S., your Delta Community Visa Credit Card can be replaced within 24 hours. Outside the U.S. it is often replaced within one business day. Cardholders can receive up to $5,000 in emergency cash within 24 hours that can be picked up at an Emergency Service Location. For assistance, call 800-VISA-911 (800-847-2911).
