Suzanne Mitchell leads the development and execution of Human Resources strategies. She is responsible for ensuring HR programs support an engaging corporate environment which provides opportunities for growth and development to attract, motivate and retain employees. Additionally, Suzanne also has oversight of employee relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), compensation and benefits plans, and reward-recognition programs.
