Cobb-based Credit Union Experiences Strong Growth

Median loan growth for federally insured credit unions equaled 4.1 percent for the year. What may be surprising, however, is the doubling of that growth locally.  “In metro Atlanta, and certainly in Cobb County, loan growth is bolstered by a healthy economy, declining unemployment and favorable interest rates,” said Bob Walsh, executive VP and chief lending officer of Delta Community Credit Union.
